How do you secure online payments?

We use Paypal for all transactions in order to offer a secured payment solution. We're using the industry standard SSL encryption protocol that protects your personal information when you’re in the "My account" section of our website. If you suspect a fraud on your credit card, you must contact immediately your financial institution or the company that issued the credit card.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

The price you pay is the total price and no more charges will be applied.

When will my credit card be refunded?

When will my credit card be refunded? Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email, when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from us.

Can my billing and shipping addresses be different?

No, your billing address cannot be different from your shipping address, this is for security purposes stated by Paypal. During the checkout process, you will first be asked to enter your billing address. However, your billing address must match the address associated with the credit card that you are using to complete your purchase. You will then be asked to enter the shipping address, which corresponds to the location to which you want your purchase delivered.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free UK delivery for all orders. At present we only operate in the UK and will not ship items outside of the UK.

When will my order be delivered?

All items are sent out economy delivery to be able to offer such low prices on our products. Any item/items ordered before 3pm will be sent out that day, anything ordered after that will be shipped the following day.

How can I track my package?

You'll find a tracking link in the confirmation email you've received right after your order.  You cannot track your order when you have chosen to have it delivered to a store. You will be notified by us via email once the package will have been delivered to the selected store.

If I purchased an item online, can I return it at a store?

Merchandise that was purchased online can be returned to us. Please be sure to have your original email confirmation of your order, when returning an item. For complete details on how to return or exchange your purchase, please consult our Return Policy.
